SALARY: $130,000 -170,000 USD annually

LOCATION: Fully remote; open to candidates in the following time zones ONLY - US Standard Time: Pacific, Mountain, Central, Eastern

Your Setlist: Key Responsibilities

• Design a variety of visual assets for brand campaigns, including social media content, paid ads, email designs, landing pages, and more.
• Develop net-new creative concepts while also refining and iterating on existing designs and templates for scalability and testing.
• Partner with the marketing and product design teams to create engaging visuals that align with DistroKid’s brand guidelines.
• Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and marketing materials.
• Contribute to the evolution of our visual identity as we expand into new products and brands.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, bringing fresh ideas for campaigns and visual concepts.
• Manage relationships with external partners and vendors as needed.
• Organize and maintain our digital asset library, ensuring everything is easy to find and up to date.
  
  

Your Experience: Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred but not required. We value experience, creativity, and skills, regardless of your formal education path.
• 3-4 years of experience in brand or marketing design preferred.
• Skilled in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong grasp of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.
• Skilled at managing multiple tasks with precision at the same time.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• A portfolio showcasing your design work, especially projects tied to brand marketing. Please include a link to your portfolio in the specified area of the application to be considered.

• Skills in animation and motion design.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
