Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated People Manager to lead and oversee a team of Implementation Business Development Managers. Pursuing an applicant with a strong background in program management to oversee the successful deployment of broadband services in our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing the end-to-end implementation process, ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of high-quality broadband services to our customers. The People Manager will be responsible for guiding the team to achieve project goals, fostering a collaborative work environment, and driving continuous improvement in our implementation processes.

Responsibilities

  • Leadership and Team Management: Provide strong leadership to the team of Implementation Program Managers, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Performance Management: Set performance expectations, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback to support professional growth.
  • Project Oversight: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of implementation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, addressing concerns and ensuring clear communication throughout project lifecycles.
  • Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate resources and manage workloads to optimize team performance and project outcomes.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and provide opportunities for professional development to enhance team skills and capabilities.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve implementation processes to increase efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or implementation roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial position.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage and motivate a team. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Certifications: PMP, CAPM, or other relevant project management certifications are a plus.

Preferred Experience

  • 5+ years customer facing interaction and problem-solving experience preferred.
  • Past team leadership experience preferred.
