Leasing Consultant - Floater

We are looking to hire a Leasing Consultant - Floater who excels in sales and understands the importance of a great first impression. The ideal candidate must have a passion for the highest level of customer service, strong communication (both verbal and written) and bring a positive attitude to every workday. What you will do

• Manage prospects' entire leasing processes from their initial tour to move-in day, including preparing all lease documents
• Work to understand the unique needs of each prospect, so you can pair them with their ideal apartment
• Maintain a positive and helpful attitude with current residents to ensure they are satisfied in their homes
• Participate in our monthly renewal program by calling and emailing residents to alert them of their renewal offers, providing assistance if needed
• Possess strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness, helping to ensure our property and units maintain a welcoming and attractive appearance at all times
• Familiarize yourself with the Town of Miami Lakes we believe our community is our best selling point
  
  

What you will bring

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• Passion for sales and/or customer service - minimum 2 yrs experience
• Valid Drivers License required
• Professional appearance
• Computer literacy
• Ability to communicate in English (bilingual with Spanish proficiency a plus)
• Knowledge of Yardi Property Management Software a plus
