Full-time NURSE PRACTITIONER (NPs) needed.
We are well-known for both the volume of surgeries we perform and the excellent quality of our contacts with customers. Our primary objective is to make it possible for independent medical professionals to concentrate on offering superior care.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responds to urgent clinical concerns as needed
- Provides after-hours on-call service, as assigned
- Participates in multidisciplinary case conferences and clinic meetings
- Collaborates and consults with other mental health and primary care providers who may also provide psychiatric medication management to students/patients
- Attends and contributes to department and division meetings, fostering clinical objectives and a consultative collegial environment
- Participates in biannual peer review, merit review, and quality improvement activities
- Reports to the Medical Director
- Provides outpatient treatment of mental disorders for students/patients, including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment
- Facilitates higher level of care referrals and hospitalizations when needed
- Supports medication treatment with brief supportive therapy and motivational interviewing when indicated
- Federal DEA number preferred; may be required for full prescribing ability.
- CPR/BLS certification required at time of start date
- Independent family practice experience including routine wellness care, chronic care management, and urgent visit, preferred
- Licensed to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in the State of California
- Independent practice provider preferred, where applicable per State regulation.
- Full caseload for a busy and fulfilling schedule.
- 120k-130k/year.
