Who We Are

Soccer Shots Twin Cities is the premier children’s soccer experience serving children ages 2-8 years old. We are seeking energetic, ambitious coaches who have a strong desire to invest in youth!

Our coaches are trained in leadership development, communication skills, early childhood education, and sports management. We provide high-quality, foundational training that encourages children to live an active and healthy lifestyle far beyond their time with Soccer Shots.

What You Get

• $600 weekly
• Coaches 25-34 sessions per week
• Administrative duties if weekly session count is not met
• Mileage reimbursement up to $150/month
• Health insurance contribution up to $150/month
• 10 days PTO accrual
• Simple IRA plan after a year of employment

What You Need

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Your own reliable transportation
• Valid driver’s license
• Passion for positively impacting young children
• Available on a consistent, weekly basis
  
  

The Details

• We operate all year-round conducting sessions at centers, recreation centers, public parks, soccer clubs, and elementary schools.
• Hours of operation – Monday through Friday (8AM-8PM) and Saturday (8AM-2PM)
  
  

Compensation: $600.00 per week
