Drive exponential revenue growth by securing high-value partnerships for our 2 Hour Learning solution in the private school sector, establishing a dominant market presence, and achieving unprecedented year-over-year scalable growth.

Working with Crossover
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly. - Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers in the private school ecosystem, becoming their trusted advisor in educational innovation
- Leverage our CRM to maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring clear visibility and accurate forecasting

Basic Requirements
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets with at least 3 years of high-performance B2B sales experience
- Mastery of the complete sales cycle, from strategic prospecting to closing complex deals
- Deep understanding of the U.S. private school market or adjacent industries (EdTech, SaaS, education services)
- Expert-level consultative selling and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) for pipeline management and forecasting
- Based in the US or Canada, with a preference for Northeast locations (e.g., Maine, New York, Connecticut)
- Willingness to travel 50-75% for client meetings and industry events
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a high-growth, rapidly evolving environment
