The wage range for this position is $30/hr - $35/hr based on experience and qualifications.

Hypower is currently seeking an Electrical Foreman to join our team in the Melbourne area!
The wage range for this position is $30/hr - $35/hr based on experience and qualifications.
- Eight or more years of electrical experience
- Excellent understanding of NEC Code requirements and OSHA safe work practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A valid Florida State or County Journeyman or Master Electrician license
- Proven experience with job scheduling, QA processes and labor production tracking.
- Proven ability to clearly define daily goals to the crew, and consistently follow up on progress.
- Proven ability to interpret plans, specifications, and product data
