About the Role

Join our dynamic team at BCD Meetings & Events as a Meeting Planner! In this exciting position, you'll be the go-to person for our clients' event teams, ensuring every detail is executed flawlessly. Your mission? To represent the client brand while collaborating with vendors and stakeholders to create unforgettable experiences.

  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute logistics for multiple client programs.
  • Maintain planning timelines and ensure milestones are met.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships.
  • Create and manage program budgets while ensuring compliance.

You Might Also Have

  • 3-5 years of experience in event planning or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with Cvent and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in negotiating vendor contracts and managing budgets.
  • A background in hospitality or event management.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% for events and meetings.
