Manager of Digital Marketing

SUMMARY

This position plays a key role in implementing our marketing strategy as it relates to acquiring new and retaining or growing existing customers through both non-paid and paid marketing channels. Leads the day-to-day management of customer facing digital content on the website(s), related pages, digital ads and other digital outreach -- all to increase measurable conversions and engagement, drive sales and increase loyalty.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversight (planning, budgeting, execution) on all Digital Outreach (email, push, sms, etc) and social media (FB/TW/IG/SC/YT/PIN)
• Coordination of all DotCom, SEO, Search elements
• Management of Paid Digital Media (digital ads), email marketing campaigns (weekly recurring, custom, and consumer journey)
• All Tracking (airtable) and Measurement with the intention to drive sales, and maximize engagement in all communications
• Retail Media Network program management, facilitation & development
• Ad Hoc digital marketing requests and campaigns to support the growth of branding and merchandising efforts with our supported opcos

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to think critically, analyze information and make actionable recommendations
• Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Experience in a retail environment with a basic understanding of consumer marketing principles
• Customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelors degree in Marketing or related fields required; MBA preferred
• Google Analytics Certification and Google Tag Manager
• Background in WordPress
• Standard email platform knowledge
• 4+ years of relevant retail website experience. Experience with Instacart platform is a plus.
• 2+ years of email, segmentation and automation experience.
• Product, service or content marketing experience required
• Skilled in software and internet applications
