We provide a comprehensive array of leads, systems, strategies, tools, and coaching to support new agents. With commitment and effort, you could earn up to $144,000 in your first year. We seek visionary individuals ready to invest 40 hours a week in building an extraordinary and boundless career in real estate. Our ideal candidates are driven by the substantial impact they can have, offering exceptional support to every client—from assisting a single mother in purchasing a $200,000 condo to handling a $2,000,000 listing. Many of our agents earn between $144,000 and $150,000 in their first year, with top achievers reaching up to $500,000.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
  
  

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.
