Description

Fox Toyota Lexus is looking for a Service Appointment Coordinator to support our team. In this role, you will perform a variety of administrative tasks, such as:

  • Schedule service appointments effectively through phone, email, and text messaging.
  • Direct phone calls to the appropriate departments or staff members.
  • Conduct after visit follow-up calls.
  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of all dealership products and services.
  • Maintain an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business.
  • Set Service appointments for customers to visit our Service Department
  • Make outgoing phone calls to prospective customers.
  • Confirm scheduled and missed appointments.
  • Generate daily report duties as assigned.
  • Offer Toyota Service Contracts to qualifying customers.
  • Check for any extended warranty service contracts as per customer request.
  • Take payments for service contracts as required.
  • Maintains a safe work environment.
  • Maintains a professional appearance.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Pass pre-employment screening
  • Must be bilingual, English and Spanish
  • At least 2 years customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records
