Job Summary

Universal Ads is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Product Manager to join our team and help shape the future of Universal Ads Manager. In this role, you will collaborate across teams to deliver new features, improve the advertiser experience, and drive product adoption. You will play a key role in creating an industry-leading experience for advertisers.

Core Responsibilities

  • Ideate, prioritize, and lead the development of new features to enhance the Universal Ads Manager experience.

  • Continuously improve existing features and workflows based on feedback, analytics, and industry best practices.

  • Work closely with engineering, design, and product marketing to ensure seamless development and delivery of features.

  • Write clear and detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) to guide development and ensure alignment across teams.

  • Actively support the product team in achieving broader goals, contributing to team initiatives and fostering a collaborative work environment.

  • Focus on delivering value to advertisers by improving retention, growing advertiser count, and driving increased ad spend through Universal Ads Manager.

  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings and provide key insights to the product org.

Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
