Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Paraplanner to join our dynamic team. As a Paraplanner, you will work closely with our financial advisors to provide comprehensive support in the development and implementation of financial plans for our clients. Your responsibilities will include conducting research, analyzing data, preparing reports, and assisting with client communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough research on various financial products, investment options, and market trends.
• Analyze client financial information to develop comprehensive financial plans tailored to their needs and goals.
• Prepare detailed financial reports, including investment portfolio analyses, retirement projections, and risk assessments.
• Assist financial advisors in client meetings by providing valuable insights and answering technical questions.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure the smooth execution of client strategies and initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and uphold professional standards.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Previous experience in a similar role within the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of financial planning principles, investment strategies, and risk management.
• Proficiency in financial planning software and tools (e.g., Redtail, Riskalyze, and others).
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in preparing financial reports and documents.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
• Commitment to upholding ethical standards and maintaining client confidentiality.
• Relevant certifications such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner) or working towards certification is a plus.
