This position is responsible for developing, coordinating and directing all aspects of quality, cost effective, outcome-oriented clinical nutrition care under minimum supervision. Assists in the management of PIPS' nutritional resources. Responsible for decisions and judgments affecting patients total nutrition care. Facilitates improvement in patient's nutrition status to reduce complications and lower the risk of harm to the patient. Assists the pharmacists in managing the TPN patients. Clinical monitoring of enteral patients.

About The Team
Providence Home and Community Care (HCC) is a service line within Providence with over 8,000 caregivers and 2,000 volunteers serving nearly 200,000 people a year, in their homes, in clinics and in a variety of congregate living ministries across our seven-state footprint.
HCC provides a full range of services and support for people of all ages, especially those facing chronic or life-limiting illnesses. Our core competencies include restorative care, longitudinal care and care through the end of life. Pay Range: $ 29.93 - $ 46.46
The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree - Nutrition or Dietetics.
- Washington Dietitian Certification within 6 months (180 days) of hire or,
- Washington Nutritionist Certification within 6 months (180 days) of hire.
- National CDR Registered Dietitian - Commission on Dietetic Registration upon hire.
- 1 year - Hospital or home care experience.
- Experience in enteral/parenteral nutrition.
- Pediatric, adult and geriatric experience.
- Development of nutrition related forms and policies and procedures.
