About The Role
We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our Oregon/Idaho team. This position will support proposal coordination and database management. You will report to our Marketing Manager and be based in Bend, Eugene, Portland or Boise.

Compensation is determined by factors such as education, experience, location, and role. As employee-owners, we are eligible for performance-based bonuses and our salaries are reviewed annually. We value transparency and look forward to discussing our compensation structure.

About The Role
We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our Oregon/Idaho team. This position will support proposal coordination and database management. You will report to our Marketing Manager and be based in Bend, Eugene, Portland or Boise.
You Will:
- Provide support to coordinate responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Qualifications (RFQs), and other client inquiries.
- Support the proposal process from kickoff to submittal, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are high quality and compliant.
- Use InDesign and Word to format and design visually appealing proposals.
- Help maintain marketing databases (resumes, project descriptions, company qualifications) to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Update and tailor resumes, project descriptions, and marketing collateral to align with client and pursuit-specific requirements.
- One + years of experience in marketing and proposal development within the AEC industry.
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Word.
- Strong writing, editing, and organization skills.
