Bilingual Support Staff

Suffolk Primary Health is hiring a bilingual support staff member to assist with front desk and administrative tasks in our Behavioral Health Division. This position is in-person and full-time.

• Greet and assist walk-in clients
• Answer phones and transfer clients to therapists
• Enter client data into the EMR system
• Maintain records and handle general office tasks
• Support behavioral health leadership with administrative duties

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior office or administrative experience
• Proficiency with computers and data entry
• Strong multitasking and communication skills
• Fluent in Spanish (required)
