Drives excellence across the enterprise by leading the Quality Management System and championing a culture of continuous improvement. Serves as the corporate quality ambassador, building strong relationships with key stakeholders while leading a high-performing team to achieve exceptional results.

Location: Negotiable

Responsibilities

  • Provides strategic leadership for the enterprise-wide Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with industry standards while driving quality excellence across all facilities.
  • Builds and mentors a best-in-class quality team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement while developing future quality leaders.
  • Defines and executes quality departmental objectives aligned to the company strategy.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to build and uphold effective systems and related processes.
  • Serves as a quality ambassador, proactively addressing concerns and leading resolution of complex quality challenges while maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Drives data-driven decision making through comprehensive quality metrics analysis, including audits, customer scorecards, and cost of quality measurements to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Maintains an effective corrective and preventative action plan to ensure continuous improvement in quality metrics.
  • Develops and achieves the annual quality budget.
  • Completes other projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Job Skills Requirements

  • Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Quality Management Systems and industry standards.
  • Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies.
  • Demonstrated change management and continuous improvement skills.
  • Proven customer relationship management skills.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations, quality, or related field, or equivalent education and/or experience.
  • ASQ Certification preferred.

Experience Requirements

  • Ten years of quality experience in a manufacturing background required.
  • Demonstrated success in leadership positions.
