General Duties (includes But Not Limited To)

  • Monitors and maintains current inventory levels; create and process purchase orders as needed, track orders, and investigate and resolve issues.
  • Record purchases and maintain transaction records in the database; perform regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies with system-generated reports.
  • Receive, unpack, and distribute goods; restock items as necessary, label shelves, and optimize space management.
  • Schedule and plan monthly stock counts, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
  • Review and process documents related to business transactions in compliance with established procedures.
  • Perform routine clerical tasks, including data entry, answering telephones, and assisting customers and colleagues.
  • Train, guide, and oversee staff, interns, or volunteers performing inventory-related tasks; may assist with recruiting volunteers as needed.
  • Accept and process document packages and deliveries made to the facility.
  • Store received items in appropriate locations, documenting inventory changes accurately.
  • Prepare items for shipping, detailing item contents, delivery methods, and other logistical information.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies related to shipping, storage, or receiving processes.
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and safe workspace in alignment with company standards.
  • Count and manage all inventory associated with Injectech, including sample parts, warehouse inventory, office supplies, first aid kits, and other related stock.
  • Implement regular cycle counting schedules to improve inventory accuracy between full physical counts.
  • Prepare periodic inventory reports for management, highlighting trends, discrepancies, or items requiring reordering.
  • Ensure that all incoming and outgoing inventory meets quality standards and report damaged or defective goods.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance inventory management processes and recommend improvements to management.
  • Collaborate with various departments to obtain quotes for raw materials.
  • Work closely with teams to address and resolve issues related to deliveries.
  • Partner with departments to optimize the warehouse layout and improve raw material handling processes.
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by management.

Physical Requirements

  • Is expected to sit, walk, or stand for 8 hours per day.
  • Must be able to communicate verbally, be able to hear, and have clear and corrected vision for tasks that involve reading, writing, and working with small details.
  • Have physical agility for tasks that involve bending, kneeling, or reaching.
  • Have precise hand-eye coordination for tasks that involve handling small objects, tools, or machinery.
  • Must be able to lift and/or move 50-80 lbs.
  • Capability to push/pull pallets weighing 1,500-2,300 lbs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, business administration, or similar preferred.
  • 1+ years warehouse experience required.
  • 1+ years SAP experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite (Teams, Outlook) required.
  • 1+ years forklift experience required.

Certifications (preferred)

  • Forklift

Skills

  • Ability to work in a team environment and willingness to maintain healthy working relationships.
  • Demonstrates strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication in English.
  • Strong time management skills and can work with multiple deadlines and commitments with little to no supervision.
  • Detail oriented and organizational skills.
  • Must be able to perform simple math such as addition, subtraction, multiplying, dividing, measuring and decimal points.
  • Leadership and initiative skills.
  • Must have strong desire to promote efficiency and continual improvement processes.

Benefits

Immediately Upon Hire:

  • 401K Retirement Plan- Employees are eligible to start contributing to Injectech's 401K retirement plan the 1st of the month after hire date. Injectech match's contributions up 6% of employee's salary. 100% full invested immediately. Roth and Traditional options available.
  • Health Insurance- Health insurance starts the 1st of the month after employment of 30 days. Injectech pays 100% of the employee's portion. Employees will have the option to enroll their spouse, domestic partner, and dependents, that cost will be passed on to the employee through pre-tax payroll deductions.
  • Dental, Vision and Supplemental Insurance Plans- These plans are offered at a group discount rate to all employees and their spouse, domestic partner, and any dependents.
  • Employee Assistance Program- The EAP is available to all employees and family members. 30 Days after Hire Date
  • Sick Time- accrues 1 hour for every 30 hours you work up to 48 hours per year.
  • Paid Time Off (PTO)- accrues 6.66 hours per month for maximum of 80 hours per year. At 36 months accrual rate is 8 hours per month for maximum of 96 hours a year. Accrual rates continue to increase.
  • Holiday Pay- 10 paid holidays.
  • Voluntary Paid Time Off (VTO)- 20 hours paid to volunteer at any 501(c)(3) Nonprofit.
  • Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance- Injectech fully pays for $50,000 policy for all employees. Additional Life Insurance is offered at the employee's expense.

6 Months After Hire Date

  • Profit Share Program- Employees are eligible for our profit share program the month following 6 full months of employment.

Drug Testing Policy

Injectech is committed to maintaining a safe and productive workplace. As part of this commitment, all potential employees must pass a drug screening as a condition of employment. The drug test is a 5-panel screening and must be completed to your start date.
