As we continue to expand, we are seeking a commercial insurance specialist.

A Risk Management Associate for the Any Hour Group will be focused on all aspects of the company’s commercial insurance needs. This includes reviewing, negotiating, and maintaining insurance policies to ensure comprehensive coverage for the company’s operations, assets, and personnel. They will work closely with our integrations team to assess risk, coordinate policy renewals, and address coverage requirements for new business ventures, mergers or acquisitions. The specialist will liaise with insurance brokers and carriers to resolve claims efficiently and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Additionally, they will support internal teams by providing data on insurance trends and maintaining accurate records of policies and claims. This will give Any Hour Group leadership guidance on risk mitigation, and maintaining accurate records of policies and claims. This role requires strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills to protect the company’s financial health and ensure seamless operational integration.

Qualifications

• Great attention to detail and ability to maintain clear communication with insurance vendors and general managers
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, risk management, or a related field (preferred but not required)
• 2-5+ years of commercial insurance experience (preferred but not required)
• Hands-on experience in business insurance policies such as general liability, workers' compensation, commercial auto, and property
