Service Driver

Fox Powersports Grand Rapids has a Service Driver opening. You would contribute to our overall vision, “Working together moving people throughout life,” by developing and maintaining trust with our customers and internal team that will build long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

The Service Driver has a passion to develop relationships. As a Service Driver, you are responsible for ensuring delivery and pickup of customer units in a timely manner, coordinate additional delivery and/or pick-ups within multiple Powersports locations and maintain an accurate log of deliveries and pickups. Key Responsibilities Include The Following. Others May Be Assigned.

• Pick up and deliver units to customers.
• Pick up and deliver to multiple Fox Powersports locations.
• Verifies that verification number matches the information supplied for delivery and pick up.
• Checks payments received with the repair orders prior to each delivery.
• Keeps an accurate log of daily deliveries and pick-ups. Requests recipient's signature on each delivery entry.
• Advises service manager if delivery trucks need major repairs and maintenance.
  
  

Skills & Experience

• No prior experience required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Chauffeur driver's license required.
• Medical certificate required.
• Commercial Driver’s License preferred but not required.
• Motorcycle driver's license preferred but not required.
