Human Resources Clerk

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing various HR functions, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and organized employee records, both physical and digital, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR documents, such as offer letters, policy updates, and memos.
• Schedule meetings, interviews, and training sessions as directed.
• Update and maintain employee information in HR databases.
• Ensure all documentation, such as I-9 forms, benefit enrollments, and performance records, are filed accurately.
• Act as a point of contact for employee questions and direct them to appropriate resources.

Experience

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Experience: At least 1 year of administrative experience, preferably in a human resources role.
• Familiarity with HR software systems (e.g., Paycom, ADP, or similar) is a plus.
