- Schedule and coordinate staffing for nursing and non-nursing positions to ensure adequate coverage.
- Monitor staff attendance and manage shift changes or coverage needs.
- Maintain accurate records of staff hours, time off, and overtime.
- Communicate with department heads and staff to address scheduling needs.
- Ensure compliance with staffing regulations and facility policies.
- Assist in resolving scheduling conflicts and other staffing-related issues.
What We Look For:
- Previous experience in staffing, scheduling, or human resources, preferably in healthcare.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office.
