Position: Account Executive

Location: Diamond Bar, CA

Pay: $67,000 to $75,000/year + Commission!

Experience: Previous experience in a "hunting" sales position, including prospecting for new business required; previous experience working in a service industry OR staffing industry is a plus!

Type: Full-time; Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday - Friday, Day Shift

Array Corporation is seeking an Account Executive to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Drive sales by effectively promoting company products and services in a high-volume environment.
• Prioritize tasks and focus on activities that align with achieving set goals.
• Conduct discovery meetings to uncover client needs and align them with appropriate solutions.
• Deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to solving identified challenges.
• Accurately log and maintain client information, notes, and updates in a CRM or similar database.
• Negotiate contracts to maximize both immediate and long-term value for the company and clients.
• Provide reliable sales forecasts and progress updates.
• Educate clients, users, and prospects on products and services with accurate and relevant information.
