Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic Entry Level Personal Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Personal Assistant, you will work closely with our executive team, supporting daily operations and ensuring that schedules run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain executives' schedules, including appointments and travel plans.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared in advance.
• Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, addressing inquiries as appropriate.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports as requested.
• Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.
• Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment.
• Support various project tasks and participate in team meetings when needed.
  
  

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in administrative support or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
