- Have 7–10 years of progressive leadership experience in multi-unit food and beverage operations.
- Excel at financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L oversight.
- Are skilled in driving innovation in menus, service models, and guest experiences.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is critical.
- Are a proactive problem solver who can manage multiple responsibilities seamlessly.
