Spathe is currently searching for a Training Specialist, Intermediate to join our team in the Fayetteville, NC area.

- Services include the development, delivery, and/or coordination of training courses and materials that address specific agency needs.
- Possess thorough knowledge of appropriate hardware and software (ex PCs, Microsoft(MS), Windows, MS Office, and applications such as from SAP and PeopleSoft).
- Understand computer functions and related technical terminology and how they are applied in everyday business situations.
- Possess exceptional interpersonal skills and superior oral and written communication skills.
- Develop and revise courses and prepare appropriate training catalogs.
- Prepare instructor and student materials.
- 4-7 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- TS/SCI
- Full Time
- One location - Fayetteville, NC
- Up to 10% travel during the year.
