Executive Assistant/Events Coordinator

Siskin Hospital for Physical Rehabilitation is seeking an Executive Assistant to the VP of Patient Access & the CHRO/Event Coordinator. This position will be responsible for a variety of duties such as coordinating and carrying out complicated clerical, confidential tasks, as well as administrative support tasks for Marketing, and Human Resources. This position will report to the Chief Administrative Officer and VP of Patient Access, and will interact with various hospital team members, external vendors/contractors. In addition, this position will be responsible for planning and organizing various hospital-wide events for associates. Education

Minimum Qualifications or Equivalents:

• Associate or Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field (Preferred)
  
  

Experience

• Three (3) years of executive secretarial experience
• Knowledge of Event planning
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to deal with varied personalities under a minimum of administrative supervision
• Experience with Microsoft Office to include Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Experience with coordinating multiple projects preferred.
