Job Responsibilities:
Project Duration: in a 1099 Contract, Project duration varies. However, right now the Project needs - Approx. 27 man-days (single inspector) or 14 man-days (two inspectors).
Shift Hours: To be determined based on the auditor's schedule and client requirements. May vary with a maximum of 8 hrs. on site during regular business hours (Mon-Fri)
Ability to commute to Garden Grove, CA 92841, United States. (and other CA areas after current Project completion in future)
- Perform sorting and rework inspection of defective automotive thermal coolant connectors. Tasks include:
- Removing Oetikar clamps from hoses.
- Replacing defective Oscar connectors with Araymond connectors.
- Reattaching Oetikar clamps securely.
- Document and report any defects or issues during the process.
- Follow instructions and use provided tools and equipment on-site.
- Manufacturing and design of safety products for the transportation industry, including supply chain management, assembly, and inspection.
- Hands-on experience with automotive parts inspection or rework.
- Familiarity with Oetikar clamps and connectors (Oscar and Araymond connectors preferred).
- Ability to follow technical instructions and complete tasks with precisions
- Certification in Quality Control or Automotive Manufacturing Processes is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control, inspection, or rework within the automotive industry.
