Mortgage Loan Funder

Responsibilities

• Verifies with investors that shipped loans were received.
• Reviews investor websites to monitor status of shipped loans.
• Obtains, reviews, and clears any conditions timely as requested by the investor whether it be pre-funding or post funding.
• Works with Settlement Agents, the Lender’s Operations staff, etc. to obtain the requested documents.
• Updates the LOS system in accordance with job duties.
• Retrieves and distributes Purchase Advices.
• Informs auditors of audit misses resulting in an investor suspense.
• Maintains clear and open communication with all applicable roles and teams.
• Supports the management team’s company vision and values with enthusiasm and consistency.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Minimum two years or more funding experience.
• Encompass experience required.
