Bilingual Executive Assistant

Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bilingual Executive Assistant to provide support to our executive team.

This role includes managing calendars, making travel arrangements, preparing reports, and handling information requests in Spanish and English.

Ideal candidates are proactive, diligent, and manage their tasks with a high level of accuracy.

Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish are a must.

Requirements

• Provide administrative support to executive staff
• Manage calendars, meetings, and event arrangements
• Prepare reports, memos, invoices letters, and other documents
• Translate documents and facilitate communication for executive staff in designated languages
• Handle information requests
• Perform clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as an executive assistant or similar role
• Proficiency in English and Spanish
• Excellent MS Office knowledge
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines)
• Exemplary planning and time management skills
• High level verbal and written communications skills
• Discretion and confidentiality
• High School degree
• PA diploma or certification is a plus
