Job Responsibilities
Assess the Case Manager’s performance by analyzing sales metrics, activity levels, and client interactions. Identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
- Manage cases from submitted application to policy delivery/payment.
- Communicate with external case managers on case status and resolve open issues.
- Report Case Management team performance to Sales Director, and provide a steady flow of feedback on each member of the case management team.
- Collect required underwriting records and questionnaires from customers.
- Enter and ensure accuracy of application data.
- Collaborate with sales managers, training departments, and other stakeholders to align coaching initiatives with organizational goals and strategies. Communicate regularly and provide progress updates, support, and guidance.
- Identify areas where Case Managers may need improvement in their task completion techniques, communication skills, or organization strategies. Provide targeted coaching to enhance these skills and help Case Managers become more effective in their key responsibilities.
- Participate in recurring Sales Leadership calls to identify areas of opportunity, develop thoughtful action plans to effect the greatest lift to organizational production.
Qualifications
2+ years of Case Management experience in a related field, preferably inside sales experience.
- 2+ years of Customer Service/Support experience.
- 2+ years of Leadership experience.
- Incredibly detail oriented and exceptional organization skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication.
- Team player, proven track record working collaboratively in team settings and cross-functionally.
- Possess basic personal finance and insurance knowledge and have a desire to enhance your knowledge and skills in life insurance.
- Life Insurance license is a plus, not required.
