Employer Services Coordinator

Additional Position Details: FTE: 1.000000 | Full Time | Primarily Mon - Fri / 0800-1700 (8am-5pm)

Salary: Starting wage is $20.53- $28.23 per hour, based on years of relevant experience

Job Summary

The Employer Services Coordinator is responsible for the coordination, development, and implementation of the Employer Services program functions and strategies including, but not limited to, assisting with budget development, business plan development, and the creation and maintenance of program policies and procedures.

Position Qualifications

Education

• HIgh School diploma or equivalent, is required
• Associates degree in business or healthcare related field, is preferred.
  
  

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of office experience demonstrating an operational understanding of processes, budgeting, and invoicing, preferably in roles involving Department of Transportation-mandated regulations, is required
• Previous experience in occupational health and familiarity with DOT protocols, is required.
  
  

Certifications

• Completion of Asante Work Health Drug Screener Certification, required within 90 days of hire
• Certified Breath Alcohol Technician (BAT), required within 90 days of hire
• Train the Trainer DOT Certification, required within 90 days of hire
• CCMA (Certified Clinical Medical Assistant), is preferred
