Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with the preparation and analysis of financial statements and reports.
• Collaborating with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely recording of transactions.
• Handling accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Assisting with budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Reconciling financial discrepancies and identifying and addressing any issues.
• Conducting financial analysis to help identify cost savings and improve financial performance.
• Maintaining and organizing financial records and documentation.
• Assisting in the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings.
• Participating in financial audits.
• Providing support to the Executive Accountant and other senior members of the team as needed.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Familiarity with tax laws and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
