The Junior IT Support Analyst will be responsible for handling the day-to-day support for the IT department. Candidate will work with all levels of the organization to resolve IT issues in a professional and timely manner. We are looking for someone with at least two years of help desk or system admin type experience. This role will report to the Director of IT. This is an IN OFFICE position and candidate will report to our Brentwood, NY office.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for IT-related support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, networking, and user access.
- Monitor and maintain system performance, performing diagnostics and issue resolution as necessary.
- Assist with user onboarding and offboarding, including setting up accounts, permissions, and access management.
- Provide support for network equipment and Microsoft Azure environments, ensuring reliability and security.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level IT support when necessary.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and system changes.
- Support IT projects and system upgrades as assigned.
- Collaborate with IT team to implement and improve policies and procedures.
- Proficiency with Windows server, desktop and Microsoft Azure suite of tools.
- Knowledge of firewall configurations and network security protocols.
- Strong ability to troubleshoot technical problems with attention to detail and urgency.
- Familiarity with InfoSec best practices.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information to non-technical users effectively.
- Ability to work independently or with a team.
- Some local travel may be required.
- Minimum 2 years of IT help desk or system admin experience.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
