We are the world's largest provider of airline catering and in-flight solutions, catering to over 300 airlines in more than 200 customer service centers in over 50 countries. We seek a meticulous and analytically minded individual as a Supplemental Meal Handler/Food Department Auditor to ensure the accuracy, quality, and safety of meals for airline passengers.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $21.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily audits and checks on prepared airline food to verify compliance with safety and quality standards, including inspecting meals for proper plating, assembly, weights, temperatures, and adherence to provided photos, diagrams, and plan-o-grams.

• Spend significant time in food coolers and freezers conducting inspections on prepared meals; comfort in these environments is essential.

• Quickly and accurately count items during auditing processes to ensure consistency and accuracy in meal preparation and packaging.

• Communicate audit findings to relevant stakeholders and collaborate to address discrepancies or mistakes found during auditing, ensuring timely corrective actions.

• Maintain detailed records of audit findings, including discrepancies or deviations from standards and follow up to ensure compliance.

• Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, essential for effectively communicating audit findings and collaborating with team members.

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

• Fluent in English
