We are looking for an Area Clinical Operations Support Specialist (for state of IN) to join our team. This position will directly report to the Regional VP of Clinical Operations and is responsible for providing expert clinical support and guidance to area teams within the assigned region. This role ensures high-quality patient care, compliance with regulatory standards, and alignment with organizational goals.

Overview
We are looking for an Area Clinical Operations Support Specialist (for state of IN) to join our team. This position will directly report to the Regional VP of Clinical Operations and is responsible for providing expert clinical support and guidance to area teams within the assigned region. This role ensures high-quality patient care, compliance with regulatory standards, and alignment with organizational goals.
- Serve as a clinical resource and support to ensure adherence to best practices in patient care.
- Support agencies in meeting and exceeding all applicable regulatory and company requirements, by ensuring the implementation of the company's systems, policies and standards in readiness preparation for all inspections, surveys, and review, including state licensure, federal certifications, and accreditations.
- Develop and facilitate training programs for clinical staff, focusing on skills development, policy updates, and compliance standards.
- RN degree required; bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
- Three years previous experience in hospice service industry, is preferred.
- Familiarity with state and federal guidelines and regulations.
- Unencumbered and active RN license in state of residence required if RN
- Approximate percent of time required to travel: 75% - 100%
