GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Handle the responsibilities of the gas pump room including inspecting, moving, filling, and handling paperwork within standard operating procedures.
HOURS: 1st and 2nd Shift Available
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Fill cryogenic liquid gases to the specified weight
- Move empty cylinders to filling scale
- Remove full liquid cylinders by cart to loading area
- Check cylinders for leaks or need repairs
- Make sure all decals and markings are correct and legible for type of gas being filled
- Keep shop areas clean and hazard free
- Assist with such other duties or responsibilities as may be assigned
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. and routinely push/pull up to 150 lbs.
- Must be able to roll cylinders with cart
- Ability to perform work during prolonged standing, frequent bending & stooping
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions
QUALIFICATIONS
- Basic math skills required
- Good written & verbal communication skills
- Must be able to work with a wide variety of people with different personalities and backgrounds
WAGES
$17 - $19 based on industry experienceSIGN ON BONUS
$1000 signing bonus to be paid in two $500 increments. $500 at the completion of 90 days and the other $500 after six months of employment.OVERTIME
Opportunities available for overtime hours, including Saturday hours, but it is not mandatory.How to apply
