We have an immediate need to fill multiple vacancies in our Cleveland/Akron area office. We are seeking results-driven and highly self-motivated individuals looking for an opportunity to begin a career leading to a role as an enterprise software sales professional.

As an Associate Sales Representative in the Cleveland/Akron area, you will embark on an exciting career with a global leader in test automation. This entry-level position is perfect for those passionate about technology and eager to help clients understand the transformative impact of shift-left software testing methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in an extensive training program covering all aspects of enterprise software sales, from lead identification to deal closing.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer challenges and pain points, especially in relation to software development and testing.
  • Educate and guide customers on the benefits of shift-left software testing to enhance their software development lifecycle.
  • Advocate for the adoption of shift-left practices, highlighting advantages such as early bug detection, cost savings, and improved quality.
  • Engage in continuous learning about test automation, code coverage, and static analysis tools to provide informed recommendations to clients.
  • Gradually assume responsibilities of a commissioned account manager, focusing on proactive customer engagement and solution-driven sales approaches.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or Computer Science.
  • Strong interest in software development and testing methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving technology trends and sales strategies.
