BDC Sales Specialist

The goal for the BDC Sales Specialist is to set appointments for our Retail Sales Divisions. Pay will be an hourly rate plus a generous commission for each appointment that results in a sold unit. This position requires self-motivation and the ability to stay on task with little or no supervision. Only career-oriented individuals need to apply as our Retail Sales Associates rely on this team to produce leads for potential sales.

Key Job Responsibilities include:

• Responsible for handling a high volume of potential customer leads monthly for several franchises
• Compose grammatically correct emails and communicate effectively via phone
• Learn and maintain product knowledge criteria set by the manufacturer
• Answer phones in a courteous and professional manner

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Professional demeanor and work ethic
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work professionally and effectively with others
• Ability to manage time efficiently
• Commitment to meet the company’s production and quality standards
• Bi-lingual is preferred but not required

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
