We are looking for a talented and forward-thinking Brand Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design of our clients' brand strategy. You will collaborate closely with research, creative, media, and account teams to ensure that each brand strategy aligns with our clients’ objectives, connects with their target audience, and stands out in the market.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Brand Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research, consumer insights, competitive analysis, and brand audits to identify growth opportunities and brand positioning.
  • Brand Positioning: Define clear, concise, and compelling brand positioning statements that capture the essence of the brand and differentiate it from competitors.
  • Strategy Development: Utilize strategic insights to develop brand strategies that align with client goals, market trends, and consumer behavior. Present strategic concepts to clients and internal teams.
  • Campaign Planning: Collaborate with creative teams to develop integrated advertising campaigns that effectively communicate brand messages and drive engagement.
  • Client Communication: Maintain strong client relationships by understanding their business objectives, providing strategic recommendations, and offering ongoing consultation throughout the brand journey.
  • Creative Direction Support: Write compelling creative briefs to help inspire the creative team. Partner with designers, copywriters, and creative teams to bring brand strategies to life in engaging, effective ways.
  • Trends & Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and consumer behaviors to ensure our strategies are always cutting-edge.
  • Measurement & Optimization: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of brand initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed for continuous improvement.

Required Technical Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in brand strategy, marketing, or advertising, preferably within an agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of branding, consumer psychology, market research, and the creative process.
  • Experience in working with qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Experience working across multiple platforms and channels, including digital, social, print, and television.
  • Creative thinking with a data-driven mindset—able to balance creativity with measurable outcomes.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple clients and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, social listening platforms, etc.) is a plus
