We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Supply Chain

Reporting Analyst with additional responsibilities as a Flex Customer Service Representative.

This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in analyzing data to drive supply chain

performance with proven experience as a customer service representative.

In the primary role of Supply Chain Reporting, this position needs to be able to have in-depth understanding of Supply Chain key performance metrics on an enterprise-wide level --- from Order Management, Logistics, Demand and Supply Planning

In the Flex Customer Service Representative role, this position will backfill for one of our Customer Service representatives as needed due to heavy workload at the discretion of the Senior Manager, Customer Service & Reporting. The Customer Service role is our primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. This role will act as an extension of our Supply Chain team and will be responsible for proactive management of orders to optimize service (KPI’s include case fill and orders on time in full). This includes troubleshooting timing of supply, management of discontinued products, new innovation, etc.. This role will be key to anticipate availability of product and pick up as well. This role will also play a critical role in customer chargeback compliance management.

Supply Chain Reporting Analyst Responsibilities

Data-driven Decision Support and Report Generation: Reporting on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and evaluation of trends to support decision-making for the delivery of our Supply Chain & Operations goals – encompassing supply chain planning and execution. Develop and generate reports required for our Monthly Business Reviews, monthly S&OP Demand Reviews, monthly Supply Reviews, and weekly S&OE reviews. Provide insights and prepare commentary based on assessment of KPI drivers and trends for these reviews. Ensure relevance of insights to spearhead continuous improvement of Supply Chain & Operations performance.

Strategic Planning: Assessing performance trends and participating in external benchmarking forums to support the development of our 3-year Supply Chain & Operations strategic roadmap and alignment with Liquid Death’s strategic priorities.

Design & Implementation: Leading design requirements for IT initiatives and collaborating with IT to deliver successful implementation on-time and within budget. Design encompasses setting data standards, KPI calculations, reporting formats and frequency and quality standards to maintain timely and accurate reporting. Familiarity with agile design and implementation methodology.

Collaborative Approach: Partnering across the Supply Chain & Operations team to understand our business processes, required KPIs, drivers and reporting & analytical requirements. Cross-functional collaboration (e.g., Finance, Strategy, Retail Operations, Marketing) to understanding interdependencies on data requirements and reporting; thereby, creating synergies and mitigating overlapping or conflicting reporting.

Leveraging External Data Sources: Capability to work with external supply chain partners to secure data required for our supply chain analytics and reporting.

Application of Technical Knowledge: Leveraging experience with ERP systems, external data, master data management, supply chain planning, operations reviews, control tower, supply chain financials and reporting tools to engage in the development and implementation of our Supply Chain analytics & reporting roadmap.

Flex Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

Customer Centric Approach: Serving as a direct point of contact for Direct / Broadline customer service team to understand their needs and to strengthen the relationship as well as translating their needs to the Liquid Death Key Account team and Supply Chain teams

High Quality Communication: Maintain clear, professional, and concise communication with Direct / Broadline representatives and internal stakeholders

Proactive Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve potential issues in collaboration with internal teams to ensure smooth operation.

Customer Chargeback Compliance Management: Effectively handling, resolving, and preventing chargebacks to minimize revenue loss and maintain good relationships with customers

Timeliness & Efficiency: Acting with urgency to meeting deadlines, ensuring order processing activities are completed to ensure there are no order delivery delays

Reliability and Consistency: Ensuring that there’s accuracy and detail orientation in all the workflows to ensure process execution consistency for a streamlined customer experience

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or a related field and a minimum of 4+ years of relatable experience in supply chain analytics & reporting
  • Previous experience in customer service role is strongly preferred
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and Power BI preferred
  • Familiarity with supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt to a customer-facing role
  • Willingness to work in a Flex Customer Service Representative capacity as needed
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Deep comfort working in a remote role as part of a remote team

The typical salary range for this position is: $66,560 - $70,000
