What You’ll Do
Project Management & Collaboration
- Lead cross-functional teams to accomplish objectives like cost reduction, process optimization, and quality improvement.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Service, and Finance teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Create and execute project plans, delegate tasks, and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), generate insightful reports, and use data to drive performance enhancements.
- Implement continuous improvement strategies to optimize operational efficiency and elevate customer satisfaction.
- Leverage ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) to support project management and operational tasks.
- Utilize your understanding of LEAN manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies to drive process innovation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, fostering collaboration across production, quality assurance, purchasing, service, and finance teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics).
- Proven experience leading small to medium-sized projects and implementing continuous improvement solutions.
- Proficiency in data analysis, KPI tracking, and process optimization.
- Familiarity with LEAN manufacturing principles and floor layout design.
- Experience with Engineering Change Order Systems and understanding of Device History Records and Bills of Materials.
- Problem-solving, analytical thinking, clear communication, creativity, and critical thinking.
- Ability to excel in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and organization.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and work in a standing position for up to an hour at a time.
