The Role Itself

• Complete behavioral health nursing assessments
• Complete vitals
• Nursing documentation in EMR
• Patient admission and discharge orders
• Completing drug screens
• Coordinating medical and psych services
• Assisting with psych NP visits via tele-health
• Facilitate Nursing individuals
• Facilitate Nursing groups
• Collaborate with Clinical team

Education and other requirements:

• Must be 21yrs or older.
• Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• Ohio Medicaid billing Number
• NPI Number
• Active RN license in good standing
• Must be open minded, flexible, and willing to take direction
• Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screen
• Exceptional display of verbal and written communication
