We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources (HR) Generalist to oversee and support daily HR operations. This role will be responsible for managing key HR functions, including onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, immigration support, and overall employee experience. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about creating a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding & Offboarding:
    • Manage the full-cycle onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires.
    • Conduct new hire orientations and facilitate a smooth integration into company culture.
    • Coordinate offboarding processes, including exit interviews, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
  • HRIS Management & Data Integrity:
    • Maintain and manage the HRIS (BambooHR), ensuring data accuracy and system efficiency.
    • Process employee changes, updates, and record-keeping in BambooHR.
    • Generate reports and analyze HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
    • Provide HRIS training and support to employees and managers as needed.
  • Benefits Administration:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits inquiries.
    • Support benefits enrollment, changes, and administration, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
    • Collaborate with benefits providers and assist employees with claims and issues.
  • HR Operations & Compliance:
    • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
    • Support HR policies and programs, ensuring they align with business needs and best practices.
    • Assist with audits, reporting, and other compliance-related activities.
  • Immigration Support:
    • Coordinate with immigration attorneys to support visa sponsorships and renewals.
    • Provide guidance to employees on immigration processes and maintain compliance with immigration laws.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement:
    • Serve as a trusted resource for employees, addressing HR-related questions and concerns.
    • Assist in resolving employee relations issues, escalating matters when necessary.
    • Support HR initiatives that drive employee engagement, recognition, and retention.
What you offer?

  • 3+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. PHR or SHRM-CP is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, policies, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience managing HR processes, including onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations.
  • Familiarity with immigration processes and working with legal counsel on visa sponsorships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (BambooHR and TriNet) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
