Content & Creator Strategy Manager

Responsibilities

• In charge of business analytics for content & merchandising operations for the E-Commerce business. Come up with data-driven insights that will move needles of business results.
• Liaise with various business requirements, continuously identify and analyze project, business, and organizational issues, conduct internal and external coordination work to enhance organizational efficiency.
• Deeply involved in team building, including but not limited to management mechanism design and iteration, knowledge system construction, team-wide information management, and large-scale conference activities.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• 5 years experience and above in strategy consulting, investment, business analytics.
• Strong problem solving skills, curiosity, and demonstrated experience understanding the nature of different business models.
• Attention to detail, obsession with analytics, and out of the box creative thinking.
• Ability to thrive in a rapid and often ambiguous environment with a growth mindset.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Experience partnering with brands or commerce platforms to execute, optimize, or scale their influencer and affiliate programs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at a top-tier consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, etc) or Ecommerce company (Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, Whatnot, etc) is a plus.
• Familiarity with analytical tools (Excel, Tableau, Alteryx, etc), and languages (SQL, Python, etc) is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $106400 - $191330 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
