Location: Kenosha, WI
Compensation: $50K base salary + uncapped commission

As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
Building relationships and driving sales – Engage with potential and existing customers via phone and email to identify needs, offer solutions, and close deals.
Managing and growing accounts – Expand business throughout the U.S., Mexico, and Canada.
Providing site consultations (Chicago area) – Conduct on-site visits to assess customer needs and recommend solutions.
Creating tailored proposals – Prepare and present custom quotes, including technical specifications and drawings.
Achieving sales targets – Consistently meet or exceed sales goals through proactive outreach and account management.
Maintaining accurate records – Track sales activity, customer interactions, and reporting to drive strategic decisions.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
Proven sales success – At least 2+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial products.
A natural communicator – Ability to quickly build rapport over the phone and creatively solve customer challenges.
Self-motivated & results-driven – You take initiative, hit sales targets, and exceed expectations.
Strong technical and math skills – You can confidently conduct measurements and create solutions for custom products.
Education & experience – A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
Local travel required – Must have reliable transportation for occasional site visits in the greater Chicago area.
