Specific responsibilities include business and market development; market research and planning; strategic direction for promotion and advertising; coordination with sales; and hiring and directing the day-to-day activities of marketing staff.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent level of experience required.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience and a demonstrated track record of accomplishments in marketing and planning.
- Proven experience leading and managing teams, with a track record of fostering collaboration, developing talent, and driving results.
- Serve as the marketing leader of the company, providing support in the area of marketing strategy and management.
- Develop the annual marketing plan and the strategies, tactics and resources necessary to achieve system and goals.
- Create a budget for the Marketing department.
- Manage the production and carry out the creation of sales and marketing materials.
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance and expand the company's eCommerce presence, driving online engagement, sales growth, and customer acquisition.
- Manage the production and carry out the creation of the Corporate website and intranet.
- Oversee and provide direction to market and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate customer appreciation events and trade show exhibits, promotions, packaging, and shipping and travel to and participate in shows/events when necessary.
- Oversee high-level public relations initiatives, including managing media relations, crafting press releases, and building the company's brand reputation through strategic storytelling.
- Ensure all marketing communications are coordinated, support marketing plan objectives and are an effective expenditure of resources.
- Provide marketing skills and expertise to the company by building, developing and managing a marketing team capable of carrying out the necessary marketing strategies and tactics.
- Other related duties as assigned.
