Job Title: Sales Development Representative

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Cedar Park, TX

Base Salary: $60,000 - 80,000, depending on experience

On-target earnings (OTE) for this position is $100,000 - $150,000

As a Sales Development Representative at Frame Amo, you will be involved in sales and revenue growth with business clients within the home decor industry. Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the home decor industry

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Willingness to travel to meet clients

- Familiarity with sales tools and CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.

- Experience with sales in the home decor industry is a plus
