Jr Media Librarian

Description of Duties:

The Jr Media Librarian supports North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) on the Integrated Tactical Warning/Attack Assessment (ITW/AA) and Space Support Contract II (NISSC II). The candidate will:

• Validate the accuracy and tracking delivery of Media Kits across a geographically separated mission.

• Process high volumes of media kits for classified shipments to various site locations.

• Administer and support scheduling, reviewing, and communicating the state of deliveries with senior leadership and customers.

• Support classified courier of documents and/or shipments on and off base.

• Log, track, and maintain multiple data bases.

• Assist in coordinating classified shipment pickups to NSA for destruction.

Basic Requirements:

• Clearance: Active Secret Security Clearance to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI.

• Detail oriented individual that can follow established instructions.

• Keen attention for detail.

• Ability to communicate and document deficiencies within the delivery process.

• Ability to read and interpret standards, communicating needs across the program.

• Ability to track and maintain a catalog of all previous and upcoming deliveries.

• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Ability to manage document baselines for staff delivering artifact changes.

Desired Requirements:

• 1-4 years of relevant experience.

This position is expected to pay $65,000 - $70,000 annually; depending on experience, education, and any certifications that are directly related to the position.
