What we will achieve together:

As a Sr. Mechanical Engineer, you will play a key role in conceptualizing, designing, testing, and implementing cutting-edge mechatronic solutions across various systems and subsystems. As a Sr. Mechanical Engineer, y ou will take ownership of mechanical engineering projects, from initial concept and design through to prototyping, testing, and production. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams locally and globally to deliver innovative solutions that meet project requirements and exceed industry standards.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $125,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop analyze, and optimize mechatronic systems and components using CAD and simulation tools by integrating mechanical and electrical engineering principles.
• Conduct feasibility studies to identify optimal solutions for mechatronic applications. Develop and oversee testing protocols to validate product performance and reliability.
• Create detailed designs, schematics, and prototypes using CAD software and other relevant tools by collaborating with cross-functional teams including electrical, software, and manufacturing engineers.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and team members providing insight and guidance with strong understanding of mechanical principles and ability to design and analyze mechanical components and systems.
  
  

Bring your competencies :

Experience: 5+ years of experience in a similar role with progressive growth and scope of responsibilities.

Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Engineering or related field.

Key Skills: F low dynamics, heat transfer. Working with electronic circuits, control theory and designing a control system. Project management, Problem-solving and analytical skills.

Traits: Strong leadership and communication, Strategic thinking and planning, Strong organizational skills, Working collaboratively in a global team environment.
